Under services it's listed as "stunnel"
Using "net start" at command prompt, here is part of my services listing that shows it, marked using **
Server Shell Hardware Detection SSDP Discovery Service stunnel ** System Event Notification System Restore Service

One of the installation options is to have it run as a service in which case it starts automatically as you note. This behavior can be controlled from the services option in the administrative options of the control panel (entering services.msc from the command line will also bring it up). Then name of the service is stunnel.

I tried to investigate how it is started. But did neither a classic startup folder entry nor a running service entry. Did I miss something?
