I've spent some time to write a new stunnel how-to.

- Install and configure stunnel on a Raspberry Pi - Run stunnel in a chroot jail - Limit allowed ciphers and force Forward Secrecy - Restrict access to the stunnel server (verify = 3) - Disguise SSH as HTTPS traffic
