I have two stunnel processes. One listing on 443 -> localhost:80. The other listening on 8000 -> localhost:7001. (See configs below.) However, when I stop the process listening on port 7001, both stunnel processes start listening on 7001 (and a few other ports). I'm completely confused as to why this would happen.
