Another OpenSSL 1.1.x patch - no ssl23.h any more - stunnel-users

Hi,
What do you think about the attached patch that fixes yet another
OpenSSL 1.1.x compilation problem: the OpenSSL developers dropped
the ssl23.h file altogether?
