Hi Walter,

Always reply to the list, so others can comment.

Your log says `Cannot open log file: stunnel.log´.  I don't how you
invoke stunnel, so I don't know if the directory it's working in is
writable, but you may try to specify an output file in a writable
directory with an absolute path, e.g.

  output=C:/stunnel.log

if C:\ is writable on your box.
