FYI.  stunnel-5.55b1-win64-installer.exe does not halt during tunnel setup.

whereas stunnel v5.53 (local) successfully establishes tunnels with stunnel v4.56 (remote).  Debug 7 (local) doesn't detect any issues.      Does remote 4.56 need to be upgraded?      Does local 5.54 need to be patched?
