[stunnel-users] Stunnel 5.45 and 5.46 crashes upon reconnect HTTPS

I have exactly the same problem with stunnel 5.45 and 5.46 crashing on
second request!

Running on Windows 10 Pro x64 1803.

I also use https to separate traffic to two different sites on the same
server as the stunnel service.
