[stunnel-users] -DHAVE_LIBWRAP on stunnel

I ran into the following link errors when I have the -DHAVE_LIBWRAP defined.
obj/voyager_mm/libwrap.o: In function `check_libwrap':
/sw-pool/jlau/branch-mountEden_v1222b9/voyager_mm/code/nettools/stunnel/src/libwrap.c:199: undefined reference to `request_init'
/sw-pool/jlau/branch-mountEden_v1222b9/voyager_mm/code/nettools/stunnel/src/libwrap.c:200: undefined reference to `sock_host'
/sw-pool/jlau/branch-mountEden_v1222b9/voyager_mm/code/nettools/stunnel/src/libwrap.c:201: undefined reference to `hosts_access'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Can someone tell me what is the -DHAVE_LIBWRAP is for and how I can resolve the above link error.
Which library should I include?
