Yes, you are.  8-)
Stunnel uses libwrap library (just like sshd and some other daemons).

Check your /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny (possibly in the chroot jail 
if you use it) or:
    ./configure --disable-libwrap
    make clean
    make
    make install
