As far as I remember, NFS uses the portmapper and UDP.  sTunnel is a great 
tool for tunneling TCP but UDP it won't do.  Then again, you could tunnel 
an entire PPP session over it.

although this is for stunnel 3.x; where all the options were still given 
on the commandline.  You need to translate those into configfile-args for 
stunnel 4.x.
