[stunnel-users] Windows 2016 Server: [!] bind: Address already in use (WSAEADDRINUSE) (10048)

Hello Martin,
Could open up a command prompt in Administrator mode and type „neststat 
-abn” in order to find out which process is listening upon the selected 
port? Maybe stunnel service is working?
