[stunnel-users] Creating tunnel to smtp.office365.com:587

Hello,
I guess that you have problem with the checkHost option, becouse this 
option requires OpenSSL 1.0.2 or later.
Another thing is that this single option is not able to verify the 
certificate . It must be merged with verifyCheck = yes.
