This is a perfect example of "do not post until you've tried the latest version"...  I apologize again, I missed the update.

Stunnel is working correctly on my WCE device with all browsers now.

Which version of stunnel have you compiled?
Make sure to use stunnel 5.32, as it contains an important WCE fix.
