[stunnel-users] Building stunnel in Visual Studio

Hello,

I am interested in tweaking something with stunnel for windows. I was
trying to find if there were instructions for building the software on
windows using Visual Studio. I found a deprecated FAQ that said that it was
possible to compile with Visual C++. Can anyone give me any pointers on how
to get up and going?
