[stunnel-users] Basic initialization failed at gui.cpp, line 842

Hi 

I have downloaded and installed: stunnel-4.50-installer.exe
stunnel crash with message: Basic initialization failed at gui.cpp, line 842
Adding debug flag in .conf file does not generate any log file.
Any suggestions on how to proceed is welcome.
