[stunnel-users] Is it possible to encrypt the Web server IP , URL , Data???

Dear Michal Trojnara,
Some protocols (e.g. ssh,vpn...) must install software in SERVER side.
I want to understand the fact below:
If only the CLIENT side can install the special software.
What is the special software?
Is it possible to encrypt the Web server IP ,URL ,Data???
If stunnel can solve this issue. How to configure?
