[stunnel-users] Problems with Stunnel 4.22 build

There's a problem with the Stunnel 4.22 build as there's undefined IDs in the
resources.rc file. To get around this get the resources.rc file from an
earlier build (e.g. Stunnel 4.21) and replace it. It should compile happily
