[stunnel-users] Testing stunnel 4.19

Dear Users,

Please test stunnel 4.19 in you environments and post any problem to the list, 
so I can fix it in stunnel 4.20 (to be released soon).  I expect stunnel 4.20 
to be the recommended stable release for quite a long time.  8-)
