Thank you very much for reporting the bug in the stunnel-5.54-win64 version.

We published a beta version, so please give it a try and let us know 
whether it works for you:

The next release of stunnel is planned to be published when OpenSSL 
releases new OpenSSL-1.1.1c (after 28th May 2019).
