This looks like a bug in stunnel. Who do I contact because of this? How do I contact him or her? Is more information needed, if so, which?

The main difference between 4.32 and 4.33 is that I included DLLs for OpenSSL 1.0.0. I guess that's what's causing your crash. I just compiled DLLs for 1.0.0a. ftp://ftp.mirt.net/openssl/binary-1.0.0a-zdll/ You could check if they fixed this issue. Best regards, Mike
