I think there’s an issue with the certificates, because we see in the server log the message “peer suddenly disconnected”. To verify, please post the client log too. 

You can also try setting verify=0 just to see if it connects.

As I told you before, you should not be forcing TLSv1, because that protocol is now obsolete and insecure.

Probably you are trying to connect to a server that dos not allow TLs v1.0m a protocol that has been deprecated. Please Comment out the sslVersion line and try again.
