are some instructions that work quite well.<br>

As an administrator:<br>
<br>
stunnel -install<br>
net start stunnel (this only has to be done the first time after
the install)<br>
<br>
services.msc (or click on services in the admininstrative tools
from the Control Panel)<br>
right click on stunnel and select properties<br>
For startup type select Automatic (delayed start)<br>

to setup stunnel as a Windows Service? I currently have it
installed on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard. I noticed
that stunnel stops running as soon as I log off of my RDP
