Are you asking about unprotected storage? like a flashdrive? that
wouldn't require anything special, but neither would it gain you
anything, except making it easier for someone to walk off with your
keys.<br>

Are you perhaps looking for a protected storage medium, like a
smartcard?  If so, I can point you to several manufacturers, but I
don't believe that stunnel supports smartcards.<br>
