[stunnel-users] installation problems

I must add, that in this case you should configure stunnel with this 
openssl:
root at kali:~/Downloads/stunnel-5.40# ./configure 
--with-ssl=/opt/openssl-1.0.2k
…

and run:
root at kali:~# LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/openssl-1.0.2k/lib/ stunnel
2017.02.01 04:27:41 LOG7[ui]: Clients allowed=500
2017.02.01 04:27:41 LOG5[ui]: stunnel 5.40 on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu 
platform
2017.02.01 04:27:41 LOG5[ui]: Compiled/running with OpenSSL 1.0.2k  26
