[stunnel-users] special characters in output path -> error

It's seems to be a problem in the new stunnel version 5.06
When I use the USERPROFILE directory, which contains special characters 
like "ö", i get an error:

Is this a bug or must i change something ?

The configuration file " SmtpConfig(0).txt" :
