[stunnel-users] which encryption algorithm in the openssl does stunnel use?

we all know that Stunnel negotiate an SSL connection using the OpenSSL or SSLeay libraries. It calls the underlying crypto libraries.But which encryption algorithm it calls, and how it calls? Can we ać‹Ťpoint or replace algorithm for Stunnel?
