[stunnel-users] Stunnel 4.54 manifest

Hi, Michal.

Let me ask my question in a different, more specific, way. Would the 
presence of these additional components added to this last version of 
Stunnel prevent us from simply unpacking the program into one folder and 
using it by clicking on the stunnel executable or entering the "stunnel.exe" 
at a command prompt? Or does it now have to be installed with the Windows 
installer program to run with all of its features available? Thanks again
