[stunnel-users] Console-only version for Windows

There is a binary version of stunnel for Windows WITHOUT the gui,  
console/terminal only?

I have some different problems with the GUI edition:
- - Fail to read filename with spaces?
- - If is already in execution and i run stunnel.exe with some other
parameters, they are ignored and simply give the focus to the current
instance, so issue with launching multiple instances.

Why there isn't any console-only version, exacly like the standard linux
distribution?
The Cygwin version works great, but isn't portable, doesn't work without
Cygwin environment.

There are some big trouble about that, or simply doesn't exists the .mak
project file?

I'm also available to pay with a donation a build like that.

I'm waiting for feedback.
