[stunnel-users] limit to number of services

Hi there,

I seem to be hitting a limit on the number of stunnel services I can run 
simultaneously. According to the log, they appear to set up without any 
issues, but after 64 services they don't pass traffic.

Is this something stunnel itself limits, or is it an OS limitation?  I 
am running the latest windows build on Windows Server 2008. Either way, 
is there an easy way to increase the number of services?
