[stunnel-users] Application Failed to Initialize Properly (0xc0150002)

Too late for this go-around, as the problem disappeared after installing 
some
other apps.  However, I do a lot of XP fresh installs at work, and if 
this occurs
again, I'll try the beta and let you know.
