[stunnel-users] Honor --sysconfdir and --localstatedir in stunnel.conf-sample.in

Maybe it works for you, but for me this patch results with the  
following (obviously incorrect) lines of stunnel.conf-sample file :

> cert = ${prefix}/etc/stunnel/mail.pem
> ;key = ${prefix}/etc/stunnel/mail.pem
