[stunnel-users] [patch] add new option send_client_info

Hi,

The attached patch adds a new option that allows stunnel to pass on some
client information to for instance a web service that uses stunnel for it's
encryption. The first line of data contains the client info and if the new
option is not enabled the patch does nothing.
