[stunnel-users] Stunnel 4.26 Not working

I just upgraded from Sony to IBM laptop, in doing so, I installed latest
version of Stunnel for use with my pop email client.

I am running Stunnel 4.26 on Windows XP

Here is my stunnel log:

It was working until I upgraded to this version, now when I use my client to
check or send email, it just says that it's connecting to the server but
never actually does.
