[stunnel-users] What is the stable version of Stunnel?

Hello,

Well, technically http://stunnel.mirt.net/ is the
official stunnel website. :)

Version 4.21 is the newest and it is the recommended
version to be used. 

The flag that you mention, I think is for the urgency
of upgrading.
